As a Junior Account Executive at Hampton, you will spend your days talking to ambitious founders who are building real companies and shaping entire industries. Your job is to spot the right people, spark conversations that matter, and bring high-caliber entrepreneurs into a community that helps them level up. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting
Find new qualified founders every day through LinkedIn, Crunchbase, podcasts, and referral networks
Look for prospects who match Hampton’s criteria, such as being a Founder or CEO and running a business with at least three million in revenue or outside funding
Add new leads into HubSpot with accurate tags for source, location, and company type
Maintain a steady pace of outbound activity based on goals set by the Director of Membership
Outreach and Engagement
Send personalized outbound messages by email, LinkedIn, or other channels to spark interest in Hampton
Follow up with founders who have engaged but have not yet applied or booked a call
Use approved templates while customizing each message to match the prospect’s background and business type
Track all outreach activity in HubSpot
Qualification and Handoff
Pre-qualify inbound and outbound leads before passing them to Membership Managers
Confirm that prospects meet Hampton’s criteria and are actively building or leading a business
Schedule interviews on behalf of Membership Managers and ensure calendar accuracy
Provide clear notes and context to support smooth handoffs
Pipeline and CRM Management
Keep HubSpot organized with accurate statuses, no duplicate contacts, and proper ownership
Stay on top of daily tasks and follow-ups
Make sure every lead has a clear next step, such as a booked interview, follow-up reminder, or disqualification reason
Track outreach performance and conversion rates (Outreach → Response → Booked Interview)
Collaboration and Alignment
Work closely with Membership Managers to understand ideal prospect profiles and messaging
Partner with Marketing to use campaigns and events for warm lead generation
Join weekly team meetings and trainings to review messaging, objection handling, and best practices
Reporting and Performance
Report weekly on leads sourced, interviews booked, and where leads are sourced breakdown
Monitor funnel metrics to identify drop-off points
Track progress toward monthly and quarterly goals
Test and refine outreach messaging to improve reply and booking rates
Stay up to date on founder news, funding trends, and industry events relevant to Hampton’s target audience
Share feedback on lead quality, process issues, and CRM improvements
