
Construction Laborer

We’re looking for a dependable, hands‑on Construction Laborer to join a growing team specializing in excavation and site development. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to build a long‑term career supporting projects involving utilities, drainage systems, and site preparation.
What You’ll Do
Support daily field operations across residential and commercial site work projects
Assist with digging, grading, and preparing sites for foundations, roadwork, and utilities
Help install underground systems including water, sewer, and drainage infrastructure
Participate in septic system and leach field installation
Handle materials such as piping, grates, and related components
Use hand tools and work alongside equipment operators to keep projects moving
Maintain a safe, organized job site and follow all safety protocols
Collaborate with crew members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
What We’re Looking For
Experience in construction, excavation, or utility work is preferred
Exposure to drainage systems, septic work, or road/site development is a plus
Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions
Strong reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills
Valid driver’s license required (CDL is a plus)
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
