Job Description
Greeting visitors and providing information as needed
Guiding students to advising offices and helping sign students in
Answering phone calls and routing them to the appropriate office or department
Separating mail and sorting into appropriate internal mailbox
Simple filing, copying, faxing, and data entry as needed
Assist with checking in and out parking passes and tracking passes
Other duties as assigned
$14.00/hour
Required Qualifications
This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and will be employed as a Student Assistant (STAS)/Student Other Personnel Services (OPS). Student must maintain a minimum 2.0 grade point average. Registered students are employed on a part-time basis, up to 20 hours per week.
