Job Description
Supports resort operations by performing plumbing tasks, including projects, preventive maintenance, and work orders. This role also supports basic electrical functions as needed to ensure efficient resort operations.

Responsibilities
Perform engineering projects, guest calls, blitzes, and preventive maintenance as directed by resort management.
Execute daily plumbing tasks and assigned projects while supporting other trades, including basic electrical duties as needed.
Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on water heaters and residential/commercial pumping systems.
Lead projects involving installation of plumbing systems, including domestic, sanitary, stormwater, and fire safety connections.
Repair leaks and install piping using CPVC, PVC, PEX, copper, cast iron, and black steel.
Conduct leak testing on pressurized systems and ensure proper ventilation.
Read and interpret technical data, operational manuals, and maintenance guides.
Participate in procurement and inventory processes to ensure materials and tools are available.
Operate resort systems and software effectively (e.g., HotSOS).
Communicate professionally via radios, phones, emails, and verbal interactions.
Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks as requested by management.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and electrical equipment as required.
Work safely on ladders, scaffolds, lifts, and in confined or dusty environments.
Identify and report potential hazards on the property.
Deliver excellent guest service by responding promptly and professionally to guest needs.
Comply with all company policies and procedures and represent the resort professionally at all times.
Perform additional duties as assigned by resort operations management.
Qualifications
Technical certification or Plumber's license.
At least 3 years of hands‑on electrical trade experience in a resort or commercial setting.
Expected to have verbal and written communication skills in English.
Frequently required to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds.
Must hold a valid driver’s license.
Must be self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work with enthusiasm and focus.
Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
Ability to be flexible, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Must communicate effectively with direct supervisors and resort management.
