About The Role
We are hiring a compassionate and dependable
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
to join our weekend team. In this role, you’ll provide hands‑on care and help ensure residents feel safe, respected, and supported every day.
What You’ll Do
Provide direct resident care following care plans
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Complete rounds at shift start and every 2 hours
Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms
Ensure residents have water and basic needs met
Report any changes in condition to nursing staff
Follow infection control and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
Active Missouri CNA certification
CPR / BLS certification (required)
Reliable and team‑oriented
Compassionate with strong communication skills
