Part-Time Job Secretary – Electrical Subcontractor
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Job Secretary to support daily office operations. This role is primarily computer-based and focused on organizing documents, data entry, and general administrative support.
Responsibilities
Organize and maintain digital and physical job files
Scan, copy, and file documents accurately
Perform data entry and update tracking spreadsheets
Manage emails and assist with document organization
Answer phones and assist with basic office communication
Support project managers with administrative tasks
Help keep office records organized and up to date
Requirements
Strong computer skills (most important requirement)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods
Experience with filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
Preferred (Not Required)
Prior administrative or office experience
Experience in a fast-paced work environment
Basic familiarity with construction or project-based work

Part-time (20–30 hours per week)
Flexible schedule
