We are hiring a hands‑on Utility Technician to support field service and plant operations involving industrial water treatment systems. This role includes equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and support of resin regeneration operations.

Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair pumps, filtration, UF, NF, RO, and DI systems
Support equipment startup, commissioning, and onsite operations
Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues
Complete service reports, inspections, and work documentation
Assist with resin unloading, transfer, regeneration, remixing, and loading
Operate and maintain plant equipment including pumps, compressors, tanks, and filtration systems
Support RO/EDI systems, DI pod operations, and trailer loading/unloading
Perform quality checks and help resolve operational issues
Follow all safety procedures and proper chemical handling practices
Maintain clean work areas and support other departments as needed
Travel as required, sometimes on short notice
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, field service, water treatment, or related work
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Preferred
Technical or vocational training
Experience with pumps, filtration, RO/DI systems, or similar equipment
Familiarity with resin handling or regeneration processes
Skills
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Basic electrical and controls knowledge
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Basic computer skills for reports and logs
Physical & Schedule Requirements
Hours: 7:30-4:30, Full Time, Weekends
Nationwide travel dependent work schedule
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, perform physical work in industrial and outdoor environments
