face of our office —the first and last interaction our patients have each visit.
We\'re looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team at a dental office located within a
multi-specialty medical center
offering
medical, dental, vision and pharmacy care—all under one roof.
What You'll Do
Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars efficiently
Verify insurance and collect patient payments
Answer phones and assist patients with questions
Coordinate patient flow to support an on-time schedule
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
Deliver an exceptional, patient-focused experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working with insurance verification and patient payments
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Positive, team-oriented attitude
