Purpose of Position:

The Data & Systems Assistant supports program operations by managing student data within Typhon and related systems. This role ensures accurate data entry, reporting, and organization to support accreditation, tracking, and program evaluation needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Retrieve, review, and input student clinical and academic data within Typhon and associated tracking systems

Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of records

Compile and organize data into spreadsheets or reports for faculty and administrative use

Assist in maintaining organized digital records and documentation systems in accordance with program standards

Collaborate with program staff to fulfill data requests and support ongoing program evaluation efforts

Maintain confidentiality and compliance with institutional and regulatory standards when handling student information

Qualifications
Required:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Dependable and able to work independently

Preferred:

Experience with databases or data entry systems

Familiarity with Typhon or similar healthcare tracking software

Interest in healthcare administration or data management

Length of employment:

(multi-part opportunity)
Approximately 5-6 per week (Monday, Thursday, Friday)
