
IT Technician - (Corp Office - Day Shift)

IT Technician
is responsible for responding to end‑user requests related to software/hardware errors, configuring new workstations, equipment moves, change requests, and maintaining inventory. The role also determines disk storage allocation, backup and restore requirements, and redundancy needs.
Responsibilities
Set up/delete user workstation, network printers, and IT‑related equipment.
Manage IT fixed‑asset inventory and IT supplies.
Assign and respond to IT tickets within SLA.
Handle software and hardware on corporate computing platforms.
Maintain the current solutions which govern desktop and laptop hardware‑software standards and configurations.
Monitor disk space, system and application errors, memory and swap utilization, disk performance, CPU, and processes.
Maintain the user endpoint security agent.
Perform data backup and recovery for workstations.
Occasionally travel to/from other RPI local facilities.
Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
At least 1 year of experience with personal computer operating systems and help‑desk systems.
Experience with Office 365, Exchange Online, and Azure AD is a plus.
Extensive knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Safety minded; follows safety policies and procedures.
Teamwork and cooperation orientation.
Respect for diversity and ethics.
Bilingual in Vietnamese is a plus.
