is seeking a reliable and organized
Part-Time Wholesale Parts Receptionist
to support our busy parts department. If you are detail-oriented, comfortable handling high call volumes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Handle overflow inbound calls for the wholesale parts department
Take customer orders, detailed messages, or route calls to the appropriate salesperson
Assist customers with order status updates and provide ETAs when available
Accurately distribute messages and order details to sales staff in a timely manner
Follow up to ensure all customer requests, orders, and messages are completed
Support the sales team with general order flow and communication
Assist with closing invoices and basic parts processing tasks
Help with reporting and complete tasks assigned by management
Jump in where needed to support overall parts department operations
What We're Looking For
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Organized and able to multitask
Follows through and doesn't let things drop
Can handle a fast-paced, high call volume environment
Team player with a proactive, "pitch-in" attitude
Basic computer skills
