RE/MAX Crossroads Properties is seeking a full-time Administrative Professional for our Canton office to help keep our busy real estate office running efficiently and professionally. We are looking for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, professional attitude. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the person others rely on to keep everything on track. Please do not apply unless you are highly comfortable with computers, learning new software systems, and troubleshooting basic technology issues independently.
Responsibilities
Review and process real estate documents for accuracy and compliance
Enter and manage listings/sales in MLS and Dotloop systems
Track missing paperwork and follow up with agents as needed
Welcome and assist office visitors, agents, and clients professionally
Assist with onboarding new agents and office orientation
Maintain office organization, supplies, and presentation
Provide basic tech support/troubleshooting for agents and staff
Manage daily office tasks, deadlines, and urgent requests calmly and efficiently
Qualifications
Strong computer and technology skills required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to quickly learn new software systems and troubleshoot common issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Compensation
$16 - $20 hourly based on experience
