Responsibilities
Assist Human Resources and Training staff with audit preparation.
Scan/fax documents, upload documents into the electronic system, and perform other general clerical duties in support of the department. Research and gather information as needed.
Coordinate employee credentialling and licensing requirements.
Responsible for employment verifications, motor vehicle registration checks, and the Department of Children and Families (DCF) affiliation list.
Manage employee file compliance.
Assist with HRIS maintenance, data entry, tracking, and reporting. Ensure accuracy of data entry.
Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Companys Program Practice Guidelines.
