Shipping Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk with hands‑on experience using UPS WorldShip and FedEx. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery of goods.
Salary: $19 - $26 per hour; Shift: First; Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM; Education: High School.
Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy and damages, and verify against purchase orders.
Accurately label, package, and document shipments in compliance with carrier requirements.
Schedule pickups and coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight companies).
Maintain shipping logs, tracking information, and delivery confirmations.
Organize and stock inventory; assist with cycle counts and audits.
Resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, or lost packages.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
