The Role
We're hiring an experienced, tech-savvy Property Manager to oversee an 87-unit residential portfolio in Liberty City. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can close a lease, collect rent, and navigate Section 8 compliance with equal confidence.
What You'll Do
Handle inbound leads, schedule and conduct unit tours, and convert prospects into residents
Screen applicants, process applications, and execute leases
Post rent charges and manage collections, delinquency follow‑ups, and notices
Oversee Section 8 / HCV compliance: recertifications, inspections, RFTAs, and HAP contracts with Miami‑Dade PHCD
Manage resident relations, maintenance coordination, and lease enforcement
What You Bring
2+ years of multifamily property management experience
Working knowledge of Section 8 / HUD compliance
Proficiency with doorloop a plus
