Assistant Baker
is at the heart of it all. Dedicated to perfecting the craft, you support the bakery by seeing beauty in raw ingredients and striving for consistency when you make our guests’ favorite recipes. You’ll make the cakes that make people’s days, so you’ll get to enjoy yours as well.

Bakers typically work Monday‑Friday 8am‑4pm.
