Location: Driving distance to Connecticut

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | Target OTE: $200,000+

Your Role:
You will work with prospective borrowers to help explain our loan programs, answer their questions, ensure there is a good mutual fit and explain the closing process. You will work within our proprietary software and in Hubspot, and interact with clients over the phone, text and email. Your job will be to advise clients, move loans along and help them close the loan. We are looking for a highly motivated, client-centric individual who loves making lots of money.

Responsibilities:

Understand and be able to clearly explain New Silver’s value proposition, products and process

Drive sales with a consultative approach

Inbound and outbound prospecting to warm and semi-qualified leads

Maintain frequent communication with prospective clients

Cultivate a network of relationships

Develop positive business relationships and accommodate client demands

Strong interest to learn multiple debt and equity product types for residential and commercial investment properties

Meet and beat monthly sales goals (expected origination volume $5mm+ per month)

Be available after 5pm and have flexibility to accommodate clients

Ability to spend 1 day per week in the West Hartford office

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

1+ years sales, call center or customer service experience preferred

1+ years of experience working in the mortgage or real estate industry preferred

Highly motivated

Ability to work independently

Experience with office technology such as Microsoft Office and G-Suite

Outstanding verbal and written skills that enable you to provide an excellent customer experience with borrowers and business partners.
