IMMEDIATE HIRE - FULL TIME MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
We are looking for a Full Time - Year Round Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Williamsburg Way Apartments in Columbus, IN.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM day shift hours, on‑call first week every three weeks. Full‑time, year round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available.
What we are offering
$23–$24/HR
Yearly raises up to 5%
Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000 per year
On‑call bonus $100 per week when on‑call. Minimum 1.5 hours pay for any call.
$50 On‑Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked
401k planning and pre‑tax contributions, 3% matching component
Blue Cross / Blue Shield Medical Insurance for $45 a month for yourself

Qualifications
2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (training provided)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Additional Information
A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process. The role requires pre‑employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening. Valid driver’s license required. A physical demonstration of ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
