Job Overview
Axia Women’s Health is recruiting a Patient Service Representative (Receptionist) to join our South Jersey Fertility Care Center in Marlton, NJ. The PSR will greet patients, activate patient files, and provide support to patients and medical staff.
Hours
Work weekdays between 6:45 a.m. and 5 p.m., with some Saturdays between 6:45 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. (hours subject to change).
Pay Range
$18 to $21 USD per hour. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
Job Duties
Promptly and professionally answer telephone calls and retrieve messages via answering service; route calls appropriately.
Greet patients and visitors, direct them accordingly, and screen solicitors for relevance.
Explain financial requirements, collect and record copays and other payments.
Perform registration functions for new and existing patients.
Schedule patient appointments per guidelines and finalize the previous day’s schedule.
Maintain confidentiality for all patients.
Adhere to infection control, safety guidelines and HIPAA compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Work 40 hours per week.
Occasional travel to satellite offices as needed.
