As a full-time
Retread Technician , your mission is to provide exceptional value during the production of the industry’s highest-quality retreads by performing specific retreading job assignments per company specifications, standards, and time frames.
What You Get:
Mon-Fri, 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM
$18/Hr Starting Base Pay

What You Need:
Ability to pass a background & drug screen
Ability to lift, push, and/or pull heavy objects
Ability to work both independently and as a team
What You'll Train For:
Commit to continual improvement, training & professional growth
Inspect tires to be retreaded or repaired
Work plant station to repair and/or retread tires per specification
Safely operate plant equipment to buff, skive, repair, envelope, cure tires
Safely trim, paint and tag finished tires
Make final tire repair inspection and place with finished stock
Ensure work order completion: proper work, and identification
Maintain equipment in good operating condition
Maintain a clean working environment
Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols
Protect company assets (inventory, receivables, equip & real estate)
Look for opportunities to improve our products & services
Other essential and non-essential duties, as assigned by management
