Retread Technician , your mission is to assist in the production of the industry’s highest-quality retreads by performing specific retreading job assignments per company specifications, standards, and time frames.

What You Need
Ability to pass a background & drug screen
Ability to work both independently and as a team
Ability to lift, push, and/or pull heavy objects
What You'll Train For
Commit to continual improvement, training & professional growth
Examine tire casing suitability for repair and retreading
Work retreading stations as per specification
Safely operate equipment to buff, skive, repair, envelope, or cure tires
Safely trim, paint, and tag finished tires
Make final tire repair inspection and place with finished stock
Ensure work order completion: proper work and identification
Maintain equipment in good operating condition
Maintain a clean working environment
Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols
Protect company assets (inventory, receivables, equipment & real estate)
Other essential and non-essential duties, as assigned by management
