Customer Service Representative
Domino’s Pizza offers part‑time and full‑time opportunities for individuals seeking customer‑service experience while supporting a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Take orders over the phone and in person.

Handle customer concerns and resolve issues.

Perform cash handling and provide correct monetary change.

Upsell products to increase sales.

Prepare and bake Domino’s high‑quality pizzas.

Maintain food and portion control and adhere to hygiene and food‑safety standards.

Prepare product and operate kitchen equipment.

Complete daily cleaning and sanitation duties.

Assist with inventory and related paperwork.

General Job Duties

Operate all kitchen equipment safely.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.

Prepare product for pick‑up or delivery.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Communication Skills

Comprehend and follow written instructions.

Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions/Skills

Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.

Make correct monetary change.

Exhibit verbal, written, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders.

Coordinate motor actions between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.

Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
