Join Domino’s Pizza as a Customer Service Representative and help serve delicious pizzas during the day and night. Job Responsibilities
Operate all point‑of‑sale and kitchen equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work area.
Prepare food products.
Receive and process telephone orders accurately.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Attend orientation and on‑the‑job training sessions.
Job Requirements
Must be 16 years of age or older.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.
Must be able to give correct monetary change.
Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, precise movements.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Basic customer service skills and the ability to communicate with customers and co‑workers.
Physical Requirements
Standing for most tasks, walking short distances, and occasional climbing stairs or ladders.
Lifting up to 50 pounds for bulk deliveries and carrying smaller items such as cans and pizza dough.
Repeated forward bending, reaching, and hand tasks such as using a pizza peel and cutting tools.
Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+ and endure brief exposure to fumes and dust.
