Salary: $2,678.70 - $2,878.70 /wk Become a vital part of a healthcare team as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will follow physician scan orders, administer contrast agents, operate CT equipment, and contribute to accurate diagnostic imaging for a community hospital in San Andreas, CA. Minimum Requirements: 2 years CT technologist experience. Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology or equivalent. Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography and CT (ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT)) required. Verification required prior to start. BLS certification required. Experience with Cerner and Meditech charting systems preferred. (Preferred) Experience with Alaris IV pumps, GE cardiac monitors, and Omnicell medication dispensing systems preferred. (Preferred) Experience in hospital or acute care settings preferred, including emergency imaging workflow. (Preferred) Area-specific competency exam required as part of credentialing by the facility. Ability to complete required orientation modules and department-specific competencies prior to or during initial orientation period. Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital (critical access, approximately 25 beds). Shift: Days on a 4x10 schedule. Orientation: 12 hours general orientation plus department-specific in-service and preceptor time; classroom and hands-on components scheduled early in assignment. Charting system: Cerner and facility EMR noted as Meditech for some modules. Required testing: Area-specific exam required by the facility. Dress code: No hoodies, sweatshirts, or sweat jackets. Parking: Free designated employee lot. Cafeteria: Available for breakfast and lunch; vending machines on site. Additional Information Area-specific orientation is scheduled monthly; start dates must align with the facility orientation calendar. Some travelers complete required online ACE and My Journey modules prior to arrival. The facility may require occasional department-specific competencies during the first week.
