As part of our rapid U.S. growth, XNRGY is seeking a proactive Service Operations Scheduler to take ownership of the end-to-end service job lifecycle. Reporting directly into the Service team, you will ensure service jobs are accurately entered, properly staged, and ready for execution while maintaining cost integrity and visibility in ERP/CRM systems. You’ll collaborate across Service Operations, Field Teams, and Finance to optimize scheduling, support operational decisions, and drive efficiency improvements.

An overview of your responsibilities!

Own and manage the end-to-end service job lifecycle in ERP/CRM to support operational execution

Enter and maintain accurate service job data in ERP/CRM, ensuring completeness across labor, materials, logistics, and expenses

Categorize service costs correctly and ensure alignment with financial reporting standards

Support service readiness by verifying that all prerequisites (materials, documentation, resources) are properly accounted for in ERP/CRM before execution

Collaborate with Service Operations, Field Teams, and Service Buyers to ensure cost and resource data supports scheduling and operational decisions

Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and cost tracking for service projects (CAPEX/OPEX), providing timely updates for planning purposes

Generate and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into service job status, cost performance, and potential risks

Drive process improvements in service cost tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency

What you’ll need, among other things!

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or CPA designation preferred

3 years of experience in finance, cost analysis, or accounting, ideally within a service or operational environment

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and financial modeling skills

Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, ERP systems, and MRP systems; EPICOR preferred

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross‑functionally and influence decisions
