Renewal by Andersen is seeking a hands‑on Onboarding & Training Coordinator to support and develop our Brand Ambassador (lead generation) team. This role combines structured training with in‑field coaching to ensure new hires are set up for success and continuously improving performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full onboarding process, including scheduling, materials, and timely completion of all tasks
Facilitate engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) for new hires and existing team members
Train and evaluate performance in the field
Develop and deliver training programs that improve performance and close skill gaps
Partner with leadership to identify training needs and align programs with business goals
Track and maintain training records to ensure compliance
Monitor key metrics such as onboarding timelines, retention, and training effectiveness
Requirements (Must-Haves)
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in onboarding, training, or employee development
Strong public speaking and presentation skills
Comfortable facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems

Schedule & Expectations

Compensation & Benefits
$21–$25/hour + monthly performance bonus
