Propelis has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Trainee in Florence, KY!
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus
available for eligible new hires.
Shift:
5:00pm to 5:00am on a 2/2/3 rotation. Get a 3-day weekend every other week!
Week 1:
off Sunday, work Monday and Tuesday, off Wednesday and Thursday, work Friday and Saturday
Week 2:
work Sunday, off Monday and Tuesday, work Wednesday and Thursday, off Friday and Saturday
Pay:
$21 - $22 per hour

This is an entry-level role that requires
NO EXPERIENCE
in manufacturing.
Employees are eligible for two, 50-cent increases over the first year if they pass the competency assessments.

Working in our climate-controlled environment, you will have the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of our unique manufacturing process. Lifting up to 30 lbs.
Infrequent pushing/pulling of carts
Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes
Standing/Walking up to 8 hours
Vision abilities include close vision in the inspection of the work
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $21 - $22 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
