Propelis has an immediate opening for an Equipment Operator in Florence, KY.
Sign‑On Bonus
$1,000 Sign‑On Bonus
available for eligible new hires.
Shift
Shift:
5:00 pm to 5:00 am on a 2/2/3 rotation. Get a 3‑day weekend every other week.
Week 1: off Sunday, work Monday and Tuesday, off Wednesday and Thursday, work Friday and Saturday.
Week 2: work Sunday, off Monday and Tuesday, work Wednesday and Thursday, off Friday and Saturday.
Pay and Increments
Pay:
$21 – $22 per hour.
Employees are eligible for two 50‑cent increases over the first year if they pass competency assessments.
Experience
No manufacturing experience required.
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to work independently.
Qualifications
Positive attitude.
Willingness to learn.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to take direction and feedback.
Dependability.
Flexible to work overtime.
Able to work a 2/2/3 12‑hour shift.
Able to meet physical requirements of the job.
Physical Requirements
Lifting up to 30 lbs.
Infrequent pushing or pulling of carts.
Positioning material with assistance of carts and overhead cranes.
Standing or walking up to 8 hours.
Vision abilities include close vision for inspecting work.

Compensation Details
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $21 – $22 USD per hour. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job‑related factors.
