Tower of the Americas is a 750-foot observation tower-restaurant located in the heart of San Antonio, offering breathtaking views of the city. Our retail store provides a variety of souvenirs and gifts that capture the essence of San Antonio. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Restaurant Team.
Job Summary
As a Restaurant Supervisor at Tower of the Americas, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing dining room, and assisting guests tableside. You will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide menu knowledge and recommendations to customers.
Greeting guests at the table.
Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization.
Assist with servers, hosts, bartenders and bussers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with management.
Promote and upsell Tower of the Americas special promotions.
Work the circle.
Qualifications
Previous restaurant supervisor or management experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Tipped Position
