Part Time
Location: Chiquita - Cape Coral

Description of Responsibilities
Great customer service skills. Primary duties include the receipt, recording, and sorting of donations to effectively process through the Kaizen system. This is a front‑line position representing Goodwill Industries to the public. Full compliance to Kaizen guidelines and principles as outlined in the audit and 5‑minute drills. Other duties included but not limited to: processing, cleaning, customer service, building fixtures and equipment, and all other duties instructed by your immediate supervisors.
Required Experience
High School graduate or its equivalent preferred.
Experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred.
Required Skills
Must have sufficient mobility: turn from side to side, lean, kneel or bend, stand for long periods; see and recognize colors.
Knowledge of basic math skills.
Lift at least forty (40) pounds on a frequent and continuous basis and occasionally to team lift up to (100) pounds.
May have to occasionally work where temperatures and climate can fluctuate.
