Bring Your Experience Where It Actually Matters
REZ Management LLC is a growing Commercial General Contractor headquartered in Idaho with a fully remote workforce supporting projects nationwide. We are known for our integrity-driven culture, strong leadership, and commitment to doing things the right way--for our clients and our team.
We are looking for a seasoned Human Resources professional who wants to stay engaged in meaningful work--without the demands of a full-time corporate role.
This is a part-time, flexible position ideal for someone with deep HR experience who enjoys creating order, supporting people, and strengthening internal processes.
Role Overview
This role supports both people and process.
You will help maintain and improve core HR systems while ensuring the day-to-day fundamentals--onboarding, compliance, payroll, and employee support--are handled accurately and consistently.
You will work directly with leadership and have the opportunity to bring structure, clarity, and improvement to how HR functions within the organization.
What You'll Do
Prepare and manage
new hire onboarding , ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
Conduct
engaging employee orientations
that set new hires up for success
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Track employee certifications, training requirements, and compliance deadlines
Support
bi-weekly payroll processing
and related documentation
Assist with recruiting workflows, hiring coordination, and separation processes
Provide day-to-day HR support by answering employee questions and guiding them to appropriate resources
Ensure adherence to HR compliance practices (I-9, confidentiality, documentation standards)
Support leadership with HR-related projects, communications, and process improvements
What You Bring
7-10+ years of Human Resources experience
Strong working knowledge of HR fundamentals, compliance, and documentation practices
Experience with onboarding, payroll support, and employee record management
Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and approachable
High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
Ability to work independently and bring structure without constant oversight
Comfort interacting with a wide range of personalities across field and office teams
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred
Who This Role Is Ideal For
An experienced HR professional who wants
flexibility and meaningful contribution
Someone who enjoys
keeping things organized, compliant, and running smoothly
A professional who values
people, clarity, and doing things the right way
Who This Role Is NOT For
This role may not be the right fit if you:
Are looking for a fully strategic HR leadership or executive-level position
Prefer large corporate HR departments with highly segmented roles
Are uncomfortable handling both
process development and day-to-day administrative execution
Need a highly structured, full-time schedule
Prefer to avoid detail-oriented work such as documentation, tracking, and compliance
Why REZ Management
Flexible, part-time schedule with autonomy
Direct access to leadership and ability to make an impact
People-first, integrity-driven culture
Opportunity to bring experience and wisdom into a growing organization
Compensation
$65,000 - $75,000 annually
(pro-rated based on agreed-upon part-time schedule of approximately 20-30 hours per week)
Ready to Contribute?
If you're an experienced HR professional who enjoys bringing structure, supporting people, and working with a team that values integrity and follow-through--we'd love to connect.
