Small Component Assembly – First Shift
Location: Auburn, IN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $16/hour

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as an Electrical Panel/Box Builder. This role involves assembling small, detailed electrical components while working closely with a team. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and comfortable working with small, intricate parts that require good hand dexterity and attention to detail. Flexibility to move between different projects and assembly processes is essential.
Responsibilities
Assemble electrical panels and boxes according to specifications
Perform basic electrical wiring and component assembly
Wire stripping
Work with small, detailed parts requiring precision and fine motor skills
Use hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, pliers, and saws
Move between different assembly processes and projects as needed
Lift and move materials, parts, and finished products throughout the shift
Assist in other areas of production as part of a cross‑trained team
Stay past scheduled hours when needed to complete urgent or last‑minute projects
Qualifications
Previous electrical wiring, panel building, or circuit board experience is a plus but not required
Mechanical aptitude from work experience or personal projects preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components
Ability to learn multiple assembly processes and shift between tasks
Ability to lift and move boxes or materials throughout the shift
Willingness to be cross‑trained and work in multiple areas
Strong attendance record and dependable work ethic
Positive attitude and team‑first mindset
Additional Information
Overtime may be required during the week based on production needs
Occasional weekend overtime may be offered
Small team environment where reliability and flexibility are highly valued
