Job Responsibilities
Coordinate Faculty, NFE, CSA, and Graduate Assistant recruitment and selection processes, compensation (i.e., salary range, CIP code), assist with creating and administering search/interview committee training, coordinate temp hires, enter data into Banner, provide PeopleAdmin training, serve as a liaison with the BOR Classification and Compensation Center, represent SDSU at career fairs, and provide high level, professional HR services.
