Job Overview
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Integration & Test Engineer for Advanced Development Programs/Skunk Works. The role involves enhancing the combat readiness of both national and international F-35 pilot fleets by integrating multiple software applications that comprise the Embedded Training (ET) solution. You will apply core systems engineering principles to plan and execute a comprehensive suite of test activities, ensuring full requirements coverage and meeting the highest operational standards. The position requires strong troubleshooting, organizational, and collaborative skills, with coordination of integration and test activities across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Integrate multiple software applications for the ET solution.

Plan and execute test activities to achieve 100% requirements coverage.

Coordinate integration and test activities across multiple teams.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Development, or a related field from an accredited college.

Software development or test experience in an OO language such as Java, Python, or C++.

Must be a US citizen and able to obtain or already hold a Secret clearance.

Desired Skills

Experience with model‑based software development tools such as Cameo or Rhapsody.

Python and/or Perl experience.

Ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics.

Experience or certification in Agile/Scrum methods; DevSecOps knowledge is a plus.

Security Clearance
Candidate must be a US citizen and have or obtain a Secret clearance prior to starting.

Work Schedule

Onsite full‑time; position requires work at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Schedule: 4x10 hour days, 3 days off per week.

Lockheed Martin supports alternate work schedules and offers paid time off.
