McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest and East South Central Regions, has an opening for a Certified Parts Advisor.

Our Certified Parts Advisor in Fenton, MO is responsible for assisting customers by properly identifying needed items, using parts catalogs and computer systems, billing merchandise orders, and making necessary entries to the inventory control system, while distributing special order parts, receiving warranty parts, and maintaining shelf stock. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in keeping the parts department clean and professional, maintaining the retail sales floor.

Participate in all company/location driven communication efforts, maintain positive and professional actions.

On-site attendance is required.

Provide exceptional customer service, technical product knowledge, process transactions, maintain stock levels, perform order processing and invoicing.

This position requires regular standing, stooping, bending, walking, climbing stairs, lifting 50+ lbs, and working in a variety of noise levels and weather conditions.

Must follow all company safety policies, procedures, including use of proper PPE.

Education, Skills & Knowledge Preferred

Experience in parts/service department for construction equipment or heavy‑duty diesel shop required.

Relevant related experience reviewed upon resume submission.

Previous John Deere parts or service experience preferred, or directly related competitor brand.

Previous forklift operation preferred, but not required.

Independently make decisions, work with all staff, customer‑facing experience.

Strong ability to communicate with customers and team members.

Valid and current Driver’s License.

Scheduling hours M – F between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Paid Time Off – 80 hours in the first year.

$150.00 annual boot reimbursement.
