Job Summary
The Global Manufacturing & Quality Learning & Development (GMQLD) organization seeks proposals from qualified staffing vendors to provide two (2) administrative contractors to support learning operations across Central Function business areas. The contractors will serve as essential operational resources, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day learning administration, learning plan management, and cross-functional coordination between Conduent and the client L&D Learning Strategists. The role focuses on maintaining operational efficiency, data accuracy, and timely execution of learning tasks to allow L&D strategists to focus on higher-priority initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
Both contractors will share the following core responsibilities across their respective business area portfolios.
Learning Plan Management
Day-to-Day (D2D) Tasks
Administrative Tasks
Conduent Liaison
Learning Plan Management
Create, update, and maintain Learning Plans within the Learning Management System (LMS) based on direction from Learning Strategists.
Assign and manage curricula, courses, and learning activities for applicable populations.
Monitor Learning Plan completion and compliance, escalating issues as appropriate.
Conduct periodic audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy of Learning Plans.
Day-to-Day (D2D) Tasks
Process routine LMS transactions including enrollments, completions, waivers, and extensions.
Respond to learner and manager inquiries related to training records and assignments.
Generate and distribute standard and ad hoc reports from the LMS as requested by Learning Strategists.
Maintain organized documentation and records of all administrative actions taken.
Support the scheduling and logistics coordination for instructor‑led training sessions as needed.
Administrative Tasks
Manage and organize shared team files, folders, and resources within collaboration platforms.
Assist in the creation, formatting, and distribution of communication materials related to learning programs.
Support data entry, data cleanup, and system maintenance tasks within L&D tools and platforms.
Support centralized administrative tasks/efforts that would be applicable across all central function business areas.
Conduent Liaison
Serve as the primary point of contact between Conduent (the external administrative learning services provider) and the internal Learning Strategists.
Coordinate service requests, issue escalations, and follow‑up actions with Conduent to ensure timely resolution.
Track open tickets, SLAs, and deliverables from Conduent, providing regular status updates to the L&D team.
Position 1: L&D Admin – Central Manufacturing
This contractor will provide dedicated administrative support (through L&D Learning Strategists) for the following manufacturing‑aligned business areas:
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Engineering (Eng.)
Technical Services & Manufacturing Science (TSMS)
Global Supply Chain (GSC)
Position 2: L&D Admin – Central Quality
This contractor will provide dedicated administrative support (through L&D Learning Strategists) for the following quality‑aligned business areas:
Global Quality Compliance (GQC)
Analytical Quality Control Operations (AQCO)
Global Quality Supply Chain & Analytics (GQSCA)
Veeva Quality Docs system release support
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in learning administration, supporting multiple business areas/functions.
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or similar); strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Experience working in SuccessFactors required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to liaise effectively between internal stakeholders and external partners.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred: Familiarity with pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated industry learning and compliance requirements.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
