## Description**Position Summary:**
The Puller/Sander/Painter is responsible for separating parts from molds safety and securely as to not cause any damage as well as sanding and painting the part for a clean finish. The Puller/Sander/Painter will be required to use power tools (DA, Sander Tool) and must be experienced in reading a tape measure.**Responsibilities/Duties:*** Pull and separate molds from the part safely and securely.* Sand parts down to a smooth finish for painting.* Mix gelcoat and MEKP to hand paint small parts.* Separate part from the mold once paint cures using a mallet and shims.* Organize molds when not in use.* Sort parts by the schedule and make sure they are located in the designated area for the cut booth.* Ability to perform job functions safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment while wearing all required PPE and following safety policy.* Must practice good housekeeping by keeping work areas clean at all times.* Other duties as assigned.**Education and/or Experience:** High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.**Language Skills:** Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.**Mathematical Skills:** General math skills required.**Reasoning Ability:** Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
