Deschutes Brewery is hiring for part-time, seasonal
Hosts/Bussers
at our Portland Pub! Come work in a fun, fast paced, full service restaurant with lots of opportunity for growth. We are looking for individuals who are team-oriented, organized, and excellent communicators. Must be 18 years or older, and night and weekend availability is required.
This is an entry level role, with opportunities for training and growth into other positions!
Seasonal positions are anticipated to run through September, 2026, but duration may be extended or shortened based on business needs.

What you'll be doing:
Adhere to set policies and procedures
Treat all guests in a manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Always strives' to exceed guests' expectations
Utilize strong communication skills, while maintaining a constant & up-to-date vision of the restaurant
Proactive approach to set, pre-bus, bus, clear, and re-set tables
FOH organization; front desk, entry way, outside entry way
Maintain running knowledge of retail products
Complete on-going and shift side work duties
Shifts may include Brand Ambassador duties, such as working on or offsite sampling events
Performs other duties as directed
Requirements of the position:
At least 1 year experience working in a casual or fine dining environment
Current OLCC & Food Handler Certifications at time of hire
Maintains a professional attitude and appearance
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Positive attitude
Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Able to stand for long periods of time
