Position
Security Officer Armed CPO Patrol in Charlotte, NC. You will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries, including financial institutions, by monitoring assigned areas through routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents. You will interact with employees and visitors, support a professional environment, and deliver strong customer service and communication as part of a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, care, and integrity.

What You\'ll Do:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining an armed presence in accordance with post orders and applicable guidelines.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points.
Monitor access activity and report suspicious, unusual, or unauthorized behavior to help deter criminal activity and/or policy violations.
Prepare accurate reports on incidents, patrol activity, and observed conditions, and communicate relevant information with site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess a CPO certification.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be able to provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver\'s license will be required for driving positions only.
