This is a chance to share expertise and contribute to workforce development in the following subject areas:* **Business, IT, and Professional Skills** – Provide practical training in leadership, communication, Microsoft applications, and essential workplace skills.* **Skilled Trades and Industry** – Offer hands-on training and certification support for tradespeople advancing or updating their skills.* **Health/EMS** –
Deliver essential training in CPR, first aid, and clinical skills such as phlebotomy, medication administration, and nursing aide skills observation to support healthcare workforce readiness.* **Direct Care and Human Services** – Train caregivers and support staff in essential skills for practical, compassionate support tailored for those working in residential, in-home, or community-based settings.The Customized Training department at SCTCC is dedicated to providing flexible, high-quality education tailored to industry needs.
