Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CRM Administrator to join a fast-growing Professional Employer Organization (PEO) supporting small and mid‑sized businesses across the United States. This role will focus on managing, configuring, and optimising a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CRM system to support business operations, improve data quality, and enhance user experience across the organisation. You will work closely with leadership and stakeholders to ensure the CRM platform aligns with business needs and supports ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and document CRM system requirements
Configure and customise CRM functionality to support business processes and data integrity
Maintain data quality, system integrations, migrations, and API connectivity
Perform ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation
Support and train end users to improve CRM adoption across the business
Develop enhancements through configuration and C# plugin development where required
Work with external vendors to resolve complex technical issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve CRM usage and workflows
Experience
4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE)
Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Hands‑on experience with APIs, integrations, and system connectivity
Strong understanding of CRM systems from both a technical and functional perspective
Experience with C# and plugin development
Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working with external vendors and third‑party systems
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
CompTIA A certification desirable
