Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 3
Location:
Columbus, OH
Responsibilities
Support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment and systems in assigned facilities.
Assist Mobile Engineers (HVAC/R) and Control Systems Technicians in maintenance and repair efforts, as well as independently performing defined tasks.
Maintain lighting systems, including bulbs and ballasts.
Perform general interior maintenance such as HVAC/R coil cleaning, kitchen equipment maintenance, and minor plumbing repairs.
Complete special tasks including painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general maintenance as assigned.
Qualifications
Possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Self‑motivated individual capable of working independently or within a team environment.
Willingness to be on call for after‑hours emergencies.
Ability to comply with policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
