Overview
Our client, a leader in property management and maintenance services, is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting multiple locations across the region. The ideal candidate will demonstrate thoroughness, attention to detail, and professionalism, which will align successfully in the organization.

3 months - Contract to hire
Shift:
M-F, 8am-5pm, flexible
Responsibilities
Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts
Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment
Perform general interior maintenance such as hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, and repairing office furniture systems
Conduct minor plumbing repairs
Complete special tasks including painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general maintenance as assigned
Qualifications
At least 3+ years of applicable experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and electrical work
Valid state driver’s license
Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs., climb ladders up to 30 ft, and possess mechanical and electrical aptitude
Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
