Atlanta Rehabilitation & Performance Center (ARPC) is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer to join our growing outreach sports medicine team, providing athletic training services to local school programs and athletic organizations.
This role is designed for athletic trainers who want more than just sideline coverage. At ARPC, you’ll work in dynamic athletic environments while developing clinical confidence, decision‑making skills, and professional autonomy within a collaborative sports medicine network.

Your Impact

As an Outreach Athletic Trainer at ARPC, you will play a vital role in the health, safety, and performance of the athletes you serve. You’ll be a trusted medical professional within the athletic community, helping athletes recover from injury, perform at their best, and return to play safely.
Provide on‑site athletic training services for assigned athletic programs

Evaluate and manage acute injuries while guiding appropriate care and referrals

Support rehabilitation progressions and return‑to‑play decision making

Build trusted relationships with athletes, coaches, physicians, and administrators

Implement injury prevention strategies and athlete education

Help create a safe, organized, and athlete‑centered sports environment

Through your work, you’ll not only care for injuries—you’ll help athletes stay healthy, build confidence, and continue competing at the highest level possible.
License & Experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Athletic Training

BOC Certification (NATABOC)

Current or anticipated Georgia state licensure

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

New graduates and anticipated graduates encouraged to apply
