Construction Superintendent
in our Protective Coatings division immediately in
Bullhead City, AZ!
The
Construction Superintendent
works directly under the Regional Manager, ensuring that all aspects of each project are executed efficiently and completed on time.
Starting pay is $35.00 per hour dependent upon experience. With enough experience, you may be able to negotiate a higher starting rate or salary.

What You'll Do
Coordinate production schedules with the Regional Manager and report/estimate worker hour requirements for completion of the job assignment
Ensure products are being applied in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and project specifications
Ensure all daily equipment maintenance/inspection is performed and visually verified by you
Ensure crew is working in accordance with OSHA and Rowland, Inc's safety plan
Facilitate internal project meetings with Superintendents, Field Engineer(s) and appropriate sub-contractors to make necessary changes and finalize the work schedule
Interpret and enforce company policies as applied to employees and enforce safety regulations, standard operating procedures and quality standards
Conduct weekly safety/toolbox meetings
Interpret job order requirements and instruct the team on how to fulfill the job orders
Promptly resolve any customer complaints
Analyze and resolve work problems that arise on the crew
Hold crew accountable for attendance, paperwork submission and professionalism
Evaluate staffing needs and schedule work two weeks in advance, notifying crew employees of schedule and coordinating travel arrangements
Manage crew performance and implement discipline as needed
What We Need From You
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience working in the
CIPP, Protective Coatings, or Construction
industry is required
Three years related industry experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Experience as a Foreman preferred
Experience running jobs and crews is highly preferred
Must have working knowledge of computer and web-based programs
Valid driver's license required with clean motor vehicle report
Class A or B CDL License would be a plus, but not required
Must be able to wear respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces
Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery powered or electric tools
Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
Must be able to travel weekly (potentially out of state)
