We are currently seeking a Construction Foreman in our Protective Coatings division immediately in Bullhead City, AZ. The Construction Foreman is the lead laborer and is responsible for the direct supervision and management of a crew of 3-4 employees during the application of 100% solids epoxies and high-performance concretes that aid in the protection of underground infrastructure.

Starting pay is $27.00-$28.00 per hour, dependent upon experience. With enough experience, you may be able to negotiate a higher starting rate or salary.

What You'll Do

Coordinate production schedules with the Superintendent and report/estimate worker hour requirements for completion of the job assignment

Ensure crew is working in accordance with OSHA and Rowland, Inc's safety plan

Work as the lead laborer on all job sites, ensuring the successful completion of all projects

Interpret and enforce company policies as applied to employees and enforce safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and quality standards

Promptly resolve any customer complaints

Analyze and resolve work problems that arise on the crew

Hold crew accountable for attendance, paperwork submission, and professionalism

Manage crew performance and implement discipline as needed

What We Need From You

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior experience working in the CIPP, Protective Coatings, or Construction industry is required

At least one year related industry experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; prior supervisory experience preferred

Must have working knowledge of computer and web‑based programs

Valid driver's license required with clean motor vehicle report

Class A or B CDL license would be a plus, but not required

Must be able to wear respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces

Ability to lift or move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery powered or electric tools

Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles

Must be able to travel weekly (potentially out of state)
