Qualifications
Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and excellent Phone Etiquette skills
Experience in Care Coordination and a strong understanding of Medical Terminology
Demonstrated skills in Patient Care and customer service
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in healthcare administration or related fields are a plus
Prior experience in healthcare or dental settings is preferred
