At Premier Roofing, we don’t just complete projects—we deliver for communities when it matters most. As a Commercial Production Lead, you’ll be at the center of that mission—leading crews, managing job sites, and driving results in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment.
This is a field leadership role built for gritty, action‑oriented individuals who want to grow into high‑impact positions in construction and operations.
What You’ll Own
Lead daily operations for multifamily and commercial roofing projects
Perform inspections to assess scope, progress, and quality
Make real‑time decisions to keep projects on track
Manage subcontractors and field crews
Set expectations around quality, timeline, and safety
Hold teams accountable while building strong working relationships
Manage materials, deliveries, and jobsite logistics
Communicate with property managers and stakeholders
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to standard
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need roofing experience—we can teach that. We’re looking for mindset and grit.
Background in construction, production, or hands‑on environments (painting, trades, project‑based work, etc.)
Comfortable working at heights (commercial/MFA properties)
Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving pieces
Self‑starter who can learn quickly and operate independently
Strong communicator who can lead crews and interact with clients
Thrives in fast‑paced, field‑based environments
People with grit, urgency, and work ethic
Individuals motivated by financial growth and stability
Those who prefer being in the field over behind a desk
Self‑driven learners who want to build a career—not just work a job
Compensation & Perks
