The Area Maintenance Specialist will perform various maintenance tasks as directed by the District Manager. Responsibilities may include the tasks listed below, with additional duties assigned as needed. Perform maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to: **Other Tasks:** Basic compressor maintenance, glove/sanitizer dispenser upkeep, traffic signage, marketing component installation, floor drains, island maintenance, and miscellaneous upkeep as assigned. **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS:** Ability to perform physical tasks, including: This role requires working in a variety of environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, in different weather conditions.
