DePuy Synthes Trauma offers a comprehensive portfolio of trauma care solutions for the treatment of injuries using traditional and minimally invasive techniques.
Responsibilities
Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting existing customers and improving sales outcomes within a prescribed territory; support product conversions with new customers.
Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room through clinical and product knowledge; present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
Support customers by attending surgeries, ensuring proper equipment availability, and providing Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; handle customer requests; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
Share customer, procedural, and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams; prepare sales reports as required.
Maintain and deploy equipment and assets within the territory; ensure promotional materials are current and meet quality standards.
Focus on customer satisfaction and retention; differentiate DPS products by providing unique insights into value and solutions.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) with minimum 2 years of professional/related experience
Minimum of 4 years of professional/related experience or equivalent
Recent transition from Active Military Duty (as applicable)
Other
The ability to work in a lab/operating room environment.
A valid driver's license issued in the United States.
The ability to travel, including potential weekend or overnight travel.
Residence in or willingness to relocate to the posted territory.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem solving, and business acumen skills.
Efficient, organized, self-motivated, positive, and proactive disposition.
Strong technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols, and solutions preferred.
